C.A.R.B. is destroying now the lives and businesses of California Smog Techs. Way to go CARB!! Thankyou for making us GREEN.

This is a statewide emergency! In just one month, over half of the California Smog Stations have been shutdown or put out of business. The link below to the STOP STAR SMOG PROGRAM internet blog shows the devastating hardship that these crooks have caused. If your California K-Car passed before the new year, you are darn lucky. You may not be so lucky in 2014. We will find a way to get around this! The crooks at CARB (California Air Resources Board) are the ones that made this boondogle program, and they want your old car off the road, period, end of story. But primarily, its about lacing their pockets with cash, consolidating the smog program into state control, and wiping out local business. They reduced our passing smog limits in 2010 by 35%.
